Nursery Aims and vision

We aim to provide inspiration to children to reach their individual potential. By providing a stimulating environment with qualified and motivated staff, to offer high quality care and education that makes learning fun.

The vision for Crowborough Nursery is to offer a quality nursery for children, based on the needs of the children, which will encourage the happiness and educational aspirations, of each individual child who attends. To work alongside parents to ensure the care, education and welfare of children is at the heart of the nursery provision.

Above all we strive to ensure that every visit to the nursery, for each child and parent, will result in them having gained educationally, emotionally, physically, socially and spiritually, based on their own level of ability.

Organisation

The nursery is managed daily by caring qualified and CRB checked staff.
We have a suggestion, comments and complaints form and really welcome any feedback from parents who  have children with us and those who visit the nursery.
There are policies relating to all areas of the nursery and these are available to parents and are reviewed regularly.

There are systems and structures in place to ensure we are following good practice and all staff are aware of these through regular staff meetings and at induction.
